A Typical “Junk Gun” or “Saturday Night Special” Law
The city of Oakland, CA has enacted an ban on so called “junk guns”, which can be seen here: http://www.abag.ca.gov/bayarea/junkguns/ordinances/oakord.htm
Leaving aside the racist origins of “junk gun” bans, Banning these guns makes it more difficult for honest, hard working people who are less wealthy to afford self defense guns.
